Tradition is the watchword of Heritage Rose. Second only to Ultimate Rose in terms of timber authenticity, Heritage Rose is a classically styled sash window that delivers the convenience and all-round excellence of modern uPVC.
Heritage Rose uses the same slim, putty-line profiles as Ultimate Rose, but includes a wider midrail and welded joints. It also features optional flat run-through horns, a deep bottom rail as standard and traditional chamfered astragal bars. And while Ultimate Rose is indistinguishable from timber even from close up, the period detailing and profiles on Heritage Rose mean that from the pavement no-one will know that it isn’t an original timber window.
Heritage Rose has been used in conservation areas across the UK, including the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Cambridge, Lincoln, Snowdonia and the Lake District. Like every window in the Rose Collection it offers truly modern performance, keeping your home warm, quiet and secure.
Heritage Rose features strong welded joints that contribute to their overall structure and rigidity. They are welded at high temperatures which harden the frame further.
At just 44mm, our Heritage Rose sash windows have a slim midrail. That’s amongst some of the slimmest midrail possible through uPVC windows.
Traditionally speaking, the bottom rail was made of thick timber. This feature is replicated on Heritage Rose sash windows for true authenticity, in the form of an 81 mm deep bottom rail, resembling traditional timber sash windows’ depths.
We have a variety of foiled finishes available with Heritage Rose sash windows, providing a unique finishing touch. Each finish is fade resistant, ensuring a complete lack of maintenance. Several woodgrain finishes are also available, as well as RAL colours, offering you flexibility to personalise your window.

Our sash windows are A-rated for energy efficiency as standard, all being pre-glazed with soft coat glass and warm edge spacer bars.
In addition to excellent thermal performance, a range of other features and design options offer solutions to every house type.
Sash windows are available with toughened and laminated safety glass (including part Q compliant 6.8mm laminated), low iron glass, acoustic laminated glass and a range of obscure and patterned glass.

Heritage Rose vertical sliding sash windows are offered with Run Through Sash Horns as a standard. However, based on the needs of your project, you can also select Clip on Horns or no horns at all
To enhance the traditional look of your sash window, our selection of hardware provide a distinctly vintage style and a wide range of finishing colour options.
Our sash windows come with Acorn lock as standard. Windows with a with of less than 700mm come with one lock and windows with a larger width are provided with two locks.
As standard, our Heritage Rose sash window is furnished with Acorn Pole Eye (left), Acorn Tilt Knob (middle) and Acorn Sash Lift (right). They are all available in the same colours as the Acron Locks above.
Windows with a with of less than 700mm are available with one pole eye. Windows with a width of over 700mm are made with two tilt knobs, two pole eyes on the top sash, and two sash lifts on the bottom sash.
